When I create a company in BaseCRM, the information is shared with the accounting package.
When I create a contact in BaseCRM, it is shared with marketing application and my accounting package. If a customer is created in my Point of Sales, it is shared in BaseCRM.
When I create an opportunity in BaseCRM, it appears in my sales funnel widget in Impac!™.

My Opportunities/Deals aren't synchronizing to BaseCRM?
BaseCRM does not accept the creation of a Deal if the field "contact_id" is not provided. It can be provided later on and it will be correctly shared. However, it will accept the POST request and to accomplish this, 'lead_id' has to be a real entry in Connec!. If the 'lead_id' is not matched by a Person or Organization, it means that the entry will not be shared with BaseCRM and the Opportunity will never be pushed to their API.
Summary: In order for an Opportunity to pushed and accepted by BaseCRM, 'lead_id' has to be present with reference to real data.
My Products/Items aren't synchronizing to BaseCRM?
BaseCRM accounts have Products disabled by default. In order to correctly synchronize them, the user has to enable the functionality in the Settings page. After being enabled, the products will be shared correctly.
Summary: Enable Products by selecting `Settings` → ` Products` → `enable`
