When I create or update an Organization and People in Pipedrive, it also appears/is updated in my Accounting application.
When I create a Deal in Pipedrive, it creates an opportunity in my CRM linked to the relevant contact.

Number of employees in an organization
In Pipedrive, the number of employees inside an organization correspond to the number of contacts associated to that organization in Pipedrive.
Therefore, even if in another app, you have mentioned more employees than the number of contacts you created, this number will not reflect the same in Pipedrive.
Mapping of addresses
Addresses are associated in PipeDrive via Google. If you do not use this (select an address from the hints), the address may not reflect correctly in other apps.
My deal is not displayed in the correct sales stage
We map deals according to their probability. First of all, you may want to activate stages probability, from the tab "Feature" in your pipedrive settings.
Then, each sales stage has a probability that can be modified in your pipeline settings.
That means that if you created an opportunity with a probability of 50% in another app, we will add it to your stage in Pipedrive that has the closest probability to 50.
If the closest sales stage in Pipedrive has a probability different than the original one, the new value will become the source of truth.
App Users
If you change the role of an user in Pipedrive (e.g admin to non-admin), this role may not reflect in other apps since modifications may take up to 10min to take effect in Pipedrive.
