The data displayed in my widget does not reconcile

Problem

I have already imported some data in my application, but it is not shown on the widget I created.

What can I check?

  1. Have I synchronized Impac!™ after inputting some new data in my application?
  2. Have I refreshed the widget?
  3. Do I have the data in my app that is used for that widget?

  4. Is the time period set in the widget's settings panel the same as that in the application?

 

Try manually synchronizing Impac!™ if it is still not working.
