Team Performance
Overview
The widget display the performance of the salespersons. Selecting the salesperson drills down the list of opportunities for the selected period.
Calculation
- Ratio: For the selected period, the number of won and lost opportunities is counted, which determine the Win ratio:
Win ratio = Opportunities won / (Opportunities won + Opportunities lost)
- Total Won: Sum the amount of the won opportunities over the selected time period
- Details: list of won and lost opportunities over the selected time period, for the selected salespersons
The computation are based on: amount for closed (past) opportunities, and (amount * probability) for open (future) opportunities.
Settings
- Closed Won Selection: Determine which statuses have to be considered as "Closed Won"
- Closed Lost Selection: Determine which statuses have to be considered as "Closed Lost"
- Time Period Selection: Define the period on which the opportunities are counted, the to date may be set in the future, in that case the amount displayed
