My emails from open source applications (SugarCRM, vTiger, Dolibarr, Magento) are no longer being sent to my designated users or customers. 

Solution

If Have a look at the email address you use to send emails, and in particular to the domain name used for this email address (e.g. mycompany.com for john.doe@mycompany.com). If you configured the domain name yourself here are some steps to follow that we require you to do for us  follow these steps to restore email sending. If not please forward this page to the person in charge of the setup.  Typically setting up a domain requires to liaise with your domain provider like GoDaddy or OVH. Once you provide us the domain name that your emails were sending out of to we will be able to provide you a DKIM Code that you can configure in the steps provided below:

    Please update your "DKIM" setting and SPF setting, which the documentation above will teach you how to do. of DNS settings 
  2. Send the Domain Name you are using to support@maestrano.com or using the chat on maestrano.com

  3. Wait for us to get back to you with DKIM and SPF settings

  4. Update your DKIM and SPF settings, following the documentation above

  5. Once you have done so, please confirm with us and we will send you a validation request for you to consent our implementation use of your domain name in vTiger (

  6. Please do not click it). Instead; instead, forward the validation request to us at this email address: support@maestrano.com and and we will validate it for you
