Getting access to your section on the developer platform
Are you the first one of your company to access the developer platform?
During the sign up on the developer platform you will be required to create a company (name of your company) and then your app (name of the app you want to integrate).
Need an invite to join your company on the developer platform?
You need to ask one of your colleagues that is already set up on the platform to send you an invite. To do so, they need to click on the cog wheel in the left bar and enter your email address. You will receive an invite and will be automatically added to the relevant company.
Starting the marketing listing - Master
The master listing is your default listing. You may be listed on multiple platform thanks to your maestrano integration and you may not want to have to manually copy and paste data (remember, we're not found of copy/pasting data...). Once you have filled your master listing, you will be able to link any other listing to this one. Any update on Master will automatically update the listing that are linked.
You are in charge of keeping the content of your app page up to date.
Starting the marketing listing - Platform
Congratulations, you are listed on one of Maestrano's platform. A few options are available to you:
> create a brand new listing from scratch - simply fill all the mandatory sections and you are good to go.
> duplicate data from any other listing (including Master) and then edit the value
> link a listing to Master - if a listing is linked to Master, any update on Master is automatically replicated on linked listing. You need to check the "use master" box AND click on the tick next to it.
Managing pricing
Maestrano displays pricing on each application page; this pricing, as stated in the general conditions accepted by each customer, is only indicative. Why? Because you, as an application provider, are in charge of your pricing.
When a user signs up to use your application, they will be redirected to your signup process and will have to chose between the pricing displayed on your website.
To create a plan, simply click on add a plan. You can add free trial if you want.

I want to add downloadable documents on my app page
This feature is available; if you want us to host the document. simply get in touch with us on developers@maestrano.com and we will make sure to add the documents and resource on your app page. If you want to link to your database, simply use the hyperlink feature
I want to add more content on my app page, like videos, images, etc.
This is possible already, simply use the text box to add it; you can also use the HTML editor if you want a specific format.
I don’t want to display the number of users of my application
This is possible: simply do not enter any data in the worldwide usage section of your partner dashboard.
I have updated my listing but it is not immediately reflected. Is it normal?
The developer platform is linked to the database of each platform and the frequency of update varies. It can take up to 24hours before it is refreshed. Also, some platforms require manual approval before content is published.
