Can I link my existing Redii account to Maestrano?

Unfortunately, at this point in time, this is not possible. When you launch Redii on Maestrano, it will create a new instance of Redii. If you need to link your existing account, please get in touch with the Redii technical team.

An extra employee record is appearing in Redii compared to connec!?

Redii's business model assumes that program admins are always the program users, so people able to access the program through Maestrano must have a user account (which is displayed in the user list in this case). So this user account is ideally not an employee record.
