When you create a contact or an organization in IPSUM ERP, it is shared with other applications using this type of information, like CRM or accounting packages.
When you create a bill in IPSUM ERP, it is shared with other application like accounting. If you create an invoice in another app, it is displayed in IPSUM ERP.

How Items are shared ?
On IPSUM software, articles (items) are only description of the item. However, packaging contains every informations about quantity, unity, prices and so on of a given article. There can be multiple packaging with a different quantity for the same article.
I can create as many contact ways / Postal Addresses in IPSUM ERP but I can only see the first two in other applications, why ?
IPSUM ERP enables you to have as many contact ways (phone/fax/website/email) and postal addresses as you want for a company, organizations, employee or contact. Only the first two of each way (postal address & contact ways) and each type (shipping, billing) are shared with maestrano.
