When you create a new customer in QBO, it is automatically shared in your CRM (like vTiger, Salesforce), as well as any update.
If an invoice is created in your e-commerce system (Magento, Shopify, Neto), it is replicated in QBO.
When time is recorded in your time tracking system, it is automatically synchronised with QBO for payroll purpose.

When I try to connect my application on UAT, I receive an error
When you link a Quickbooks account to a UAT marketplace, Intuit does not allow you to use a production testing account. Good news for your testing: Quickbooks sandboxes are free to use for 2 years and have demo data! Bad news is that the process is just a little bit more complex:
- create an account on https://developer.intuit.com/
- create a sandbox company - stay logged in
- go back to maestrano
- follow the process to link your sandbox QBO company to your Maestrano company
Accounting widgets are only updated for the current financial year
If a transaction is updated in a previous financial year, the report will not be updated on Impac!™
Taxes setup
Before connecting your Quickbooks Online account, it is advised to configure the taxes according to your company country. This will ensure the correct tax rate is applied on Invoices received.
When an Invoice is automatically pushed to your QuickBooks account by another application, a tax matching the tax rate with the other application should exist.
