Managing your Account on Maestrano

To manage your account on Maestrano, you first need to login

 

 

To do so, click on Login located on the top right corner of your screen on the site menu.


 

 

 

 

 


 

Once logged in, the "Login" button is replaced  by the "My Apps" button. Click on My Apps to access your personal space. This is where you can see your applications, organizations, dashboard and your account. 

 

 

 

 

Managing your personal information


 

Click on My Account to access your personal information. On this page, you can modify your name, email address and company name. You can also change your password and delete your account if you want. 


 

 

 

 


 

Note: Deleting an account is a permanent action that cannot be reversed. To ensure account deletions are not accidental, you will be sent a mail to confirm your intention to delete your account. 

 

 

 

 

Managing your billing information, invoices and live spending 


 

Click on Company to access all the information related to your billing. In this new section, you can view your current spending for the current invoicing period and access and download your past invoices. 


Note that only admin users access this level of privilege.


 

 

 

 

 


 

Click on Billing Details to access or edit your billing information: credit card details and billing address. 

 

 

 

 

Important Note


 

All payments made through our platform are secured by the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and the payment gateway Eway. Your credit card details are encrypted and are not made visible to anyone at anytime. Maestrano does not communicate any personal or account details to any third party. 

 And you can check your invoices too.
