How to send your proposal

Sending a proposal to a customer couldn’t be easier. Once you have created your proposal click Preview in the top right hand corner of the browser window:



 

Once clicked a full preview of your proposal how the client will see it is shown. In the top right hand of the screen now you will see a green “Send” button. Clicking this will pop-up a summary window showing who the proposal is going to. After double-checking all the details are correct click the “Send” button.

 

Once a proposal is sent it will automatically change into the “Sent” status.
