How to Add products to your proposal

When editing any proposal you will usually see a pricing section in the left hand column.

This section allows you to build the products and services you will be presenting to your client.

Below is a screen shot of a typical pricing table. In the right hand column you can see your companies product catalogue. Products can be dragged from here into the pricing table which will bring across their name, price and automatically update all the totals.

Some products are “One-off” costs where you buy the item out-right such as 100m roll of cabling. However if you un-tick the “One-off” box in the 6th column you can enter a Term (in months) as shown above by the fourth row – this is useful for contract based pricing such as buying a phone over 12months.

Using the buttons towards the top of the pricing section you can add custom price rows for any additional items you need to include in the pricing table. You can also add section heads to highlight and group product sets. Usually details of products from the product catalogue or custom products can be adjusted, the product name, price, quantity etc.

Using the  (hamburger) icon on the left you can drag and drop rows in the pricing table to reorder them.
