User Knowledge Base - Data sharing article

During the integration process, you are required to fill an article about data sharing. This article is critical as it is displayed to end users and explain them what they can expect from your integration: what workflows have been automated, what type of data has been mapped with Connec!™. You need to keep this article up to date as it is also the knowledge base of Maestrano's Customer Success support.

How to create “What data is shared with Connec!” page?

All the applications are required to have a “What data is shared with Connec!” page. To create the page, go back to your application page and click the purple button with three dots to create the page from template. Choose the “Data sharing articles” template then click the blue “Next” button.

It will lead you to the template page and you can type in the content by following the instruction in the template boxes.

Be as descriptive as possible in the workflow section. You need to make sure new users to your app are able to understand what will happen when they launch your application on our platform.

In the chart section, make sure to tick only the relevant entities.

If there are any known limitation related to your integration, any specific cases that need to be disclosed to end users, the FAQ section is the place to use. You can add as many questions as you want.
