FAQ

In the following section add the main limitation / specific information regarding the data mapping of this specific entity as a Question/Answer, e.g.:

How can I share my customers on Quickbooks with my contacts and organizations in my CRM?

QuickBooks customers can correspond to contacts or organizations in your CRM, and here is how it works:

  • The only field required to register a customer in QuickBooks (and to send it to other apps) is "Display name as"

  • If you do not specify neither the "First name" or the "Last name" of your customer in QuickBooks, Connec! assumes that the customer is only an organization and it creates a new organization in your CRM, with "Display name as" (QuickBooks field) as the "Organization Name"

  • If you specify a "First name" or a "Last name", but do not specify a "Company" for your customer in QuickBooks, Connec! assumes that the customer is only a contact and it creates a new contact in your CRM, with "First name" and/or "Last name" (QuickBooks fields) mapped to "First Name" and/or "Last Name" in your CRM

  • If you specify in QuickBooks, for your customer, a "First name" or a "Last name", and a "Company", then Connec! creates a new contact and a new organization in your CRM, and the contact will be linked to the organization (field "Organization Name" in your CRM, field "Company" in QuickBooks)

  • Fields email, mobile and address are also sent from QuickBooks to your CRM.
