KNOWN BUG

Overview

Sales Cycle shows the average time one or more leads sit at one stage of the funnel on a pie chart.

Calculation

If 3 leads are "Hot" and each have stayed in this status for 5, 10, and 20 days respectively then hovering over the "Hot" section will display the average calculated by (5+10+20)/3 = 11.666.

Settings

Select company (account)
Select statuses you want displayed in the piechart
Select time range (period) you want to focus on.
