Interesting workflow you can accomplish with WorkFlowMax on our MarketPlace
When I create a contact in my CRM it is mapped to a Contact in WorkflowMax.
When I create an Employee in my HR management system, it is mapped to a Staff in WorkflowMax
When I create an Opportunity in my CRM, it is mapped to a Lead in WorkflowMax.
When you create a sales invoices in WorkflowMax, the sales invoice is pushed to your accounting package (eg. Xero).
When you create a purchase order in WorkflowMax, your purchase order is pushed to your account package.

My opportunity status is not updated.
WorkflowMax does not enable opportunities to be updated outside of the application.
Opportunities created outside of WorkflowMax will appear in WorkflowMax. However, if you update the opportunity in another application, like changing its name or moving the opportunity in a sales pipeline, this update will not be shared with WorkflowMax.
My invoice is not updated in WorkflowMax
When an invoice is marked as paid in the accounting package, the invoice is not marked as paid in WorkflowMax. You have to manually update the invoice in WorkflowMax.
My contact name is not displayed correctly in other apps
Worklowmax only has a field "name" for contacts. As we can not guess in that name which is the first name and the last name, we are creating a contact with only a last name.
