Interesting workflow you can accomplish with Vend on our MarketPlace
When a new customer purchases a product/service, Connec!™ creates a customer in application using this information (CRM, accounting).
When an existing customer purchases a product/service, an invoice is recorded in your accounting application.
When a sale is registered in Vend, it is automatically shared in your accounting package, ready for bank reconciliation.
When a supplier inventory orders is created in Vend, it is passed as an invoice in your accounting package.

My contact (customer/supplier) is not related to any organisation in Vend (field "Company Name" empty), how is it sent to Accounting Applications?
If no organisation is attached to your contact (customer or supplier), when it is shared with your accounting package, organisation "FIRSTNAME LASTNAME company" is created, with your contact as the main contact for this organisation. For instance is you have a customer called Lea Doe without company name, it will appear as "Lea Doe company" in other applications.
Why isn't my invoice synced with other apps
Many apps such as Xero need a Contact attached to an invoice. Make sure that you add a customer to your invoice in Vend.
My invoice and tax codes are not updated in Vend when I update them in another app, is it normal?
Vend only shares data to Connec!™ and does not retrieve invoices or tax codes from Connec!™.
Products are not synced in Vend, is it normal?
Vend does not accept any product created in other apps. Also, Products created in Vend are not sent to Connec!™. However, this feature will soon be available in the next release.
Query regarding company name?
Vend creates company name by itself using the first and last name of the user. It is configured this way for data sharing with apps who does not accept contacts which are not mapped with company name. Company name is not a mandatory field in Vend however if user enters the name, it will remain as it is.
