Opportunities Funnel

Overview

This widget visually displays the number of opportunities that are currently in your funnel.

It classifies your opportunities by status: the status you want displayed, as well as their order on the funnel, can be customized in the settingsAlso known as Sales pipe, This widget classifies your opportunities by sales stage: it will indicate how many leads are at the different stages of your sales process.

Calculation 

You can have a visual representation of your current opportunities.

Settings 

  • Organizations
  • Sales stages to display
  • Sales stages order on the funnel

    In the settings section (top-right cogwheel), you can select the sales stages you want to be represented in the funnel, and order them. For example, it would make sense to have Prospecting on the top of your funnel, and Closing on the bottom. To that end, just tick the statuses you want to keep, and drag/drop them to change their order on the widget.

    You can access a similar report in Vtiger via: Reports > Opportunities Pipeline, filter the sales stages corresponding to the ones that have been selected in the widget, and then click Generate.
