Overview
Sales Cycle shows the average time one or more your leads sit at one stage of the funnel, on a pie chart.
Calculation
If The widget will calculate how much time each of your leads stayed at each status: it will then calculate the average time a status is assigned to a lead.
For example, if 3 leads are "Hot" and and each have stayed in this status for 5, 10, and 20 days respectively then hovering over the "Hot" section will display the average calculated by , then the average duration for the Hot status will be:
(5 + 10 + 20) / 3 = 11.

Settings
- Select company (account)
- Select statuses you want displayed in the piechart
- Select time range (period) you want to focus on.

The lead statuses to be taken into account in the pie chart can be selected in the settings section (top-right cogwheel), as well as the time period.
